Amy Bodway, Clinical Manager, PT, COS-C

Amy joined the X10 team as a Patient Coach in late 2019 bringing with her a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Michigan, Flint and two decades of experience in both the acute care (hospital) and home health settings. Throughout her home health career, Amy has provided direct patient care and held various leadership roles where she gained knowledge in therapy utilization, post-payment audits, outcomes management, and quality assurance. Her clinical background combined with personal experience with knee injuries/surgeries makes her role of Clinical Manager at X10 Home Health a natural fit for her.

Amy was first introduced to the X10 machine while working with a home care patient in 2013.  Valuing a methodical and data-driven approach to her clinical care, she was impressed by how the machine helps to standardize rehab of the knee by allowing for reproduceable, precise and incremental progression in range of motion and strength leading to less pain, greater compliance and ultimately improved outcomes. When an opportunity to make a career switch presented itself, Amy jumped at the chance to join the X10 team and continues to be impressed by the early range of motion that X10 patients achieve following surgery.

Erin Rempher, Administrator, PTA

Erin joined the X10 team in 2017 bringing her knowledge of knee recovery from 9 years of work in physical therapy, from being a technician to working as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Erin’s work as a PTA took her from Michigan to Texas and back again, with time spent in skilled rehab centers, home health care, and outpatient therapy. Across the country, one thing never changed –  the feeling of frustration seeing so many of her patients struggle immensely during total knee replacement recovery. “I knew there had to be a better way to do this”, and that’s when she found X10.

Intrigued and excited, Erin came onboard as an X10 Coach and is supporting and motivating patients on their journey through a faster, less painful, recovery with X10.

Kaitlyn Gelen, Physical Therapist Assistant

Kaitlyn graduated from Baker College of Flint with her associates in Applied Sciences, Physical Therapist Assistant, and shortly after passed her board exams to become a Licensed PTA. Kaitlyn not only has five years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, but also has had a few knee surgeries of her own giving her a different perspective as a patient as well.

In her work before X10, she was working closely with other therapists and surgeons at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, specializing in acute care for orthopedic surgery patients. While at the hospital, Kaitlyn made it a point to always be an advocate for her patients and was sure to deliver patient and family centered care.

After hearing her patients in the hospital rave about the X10 and its benefits, she quickly joined our X10 team when the opportunity came along. She is excited to assist you with improving your overall mobility and your quality of life, so that you can get back to doing the things that you love!
