Orthopedic Home Care Program
X10 Home Health designed its orthopedic rehab program to provide health services to patients at home, where they are most comfortable. Our program begins immediately after the patient returns home following a hospitalization or rehab stay. Patients needing such assistance will be provided with a physical therapist and, if needed, a home health aide to help them with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, dressing, and eating).
